On behalf of the Turkish Taekwondo Federation  I am proud to invite you and your athletes to particpate in the 2th European Clubs Championships and 3rd European Para Taekwondo Championships, which will be held in Antalya, Turkey, 10-11 February 2015.

2th European Clubs Championships is granted as WTF G1 as well.

We quarantee high quality organization and competition –with the best international referees  in order  to quarantee maximum transparecy, fair play& impartiality fort he athletes.

One behalf of the Organizing Committee, we woul like to ensure that we will make every possible effort in Organizing a succesful Tournament of the highest technical level.

3.        VENUE AND DATES:      10-11/02/15 MARITIM PINE RESORT HOTEL CONVENTION CENTER- /BELEK/ANTALYA

4.        METHOD OF COMPETITION

Competition will be WTF Rules. Single elimination tournament

Qualifications: Holder of Nationality of the participating country.

Athletes from athletic Clubs members of ETU National Federations

WTF Global License is mandatory for all age categories.

5.        CONTEST TIME

                        i.               Seniors: 2 minute x 3 rounds with 1 minute break

                      ii.              Juniors and Cadets: 1,30 minute x 3 rounds with 1 minute break

2.         SENIORS: An athlete must be born in 1998 and earlier (+17 years)

3.        JUNIORS: Date of Birth (1998- 2000)           

4.        CADETS: Date of Birth (2001,2002 & 2003)

5.        NOTE: Whoever eligiable for Junior and Senior category because of the age has pick only one category for competition.                  

Sporcular  sadece bir kategoride yarışabilirler. Her kulüp sporcusunu kaydettirirken sadece 1 kategoriye 1 sporcu kayıt yaptırmak zorundadır.     

              6.        WEIGHT DIVISIONS

Thursday

Senior Male: -54, -58, -63, -68-74, -80, -87, +87.

Senior Female: -46, -49, -53, -57,-62, -67, -73, +73.

Junior Male: -45, -48, -51, -55, -59, -63, -68, -73, -78, +78.

Junior Female: -42, -44, -46, -49, -52.,-55, -59, -63, -68, +68.

Cadet Male: -33, -37, -41, -45, -49, -53, -57, -61, -65, +65.

Cadet Female: -29, -33, -37, -41, -44, -47, -51, -55, -59, +59.

7.        Protective Equipment & Uniform

The participants shall wear the WTF recognised Taekwondo Uniform.

Daedoo PSS will be use at this Tournament and will be provided by the OC.

All athletes must bring their own Daedoo sensor socks.

Head gears, Groin/Forearm/shin guards and Gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants.

Head Gear only blue and red colour is permitted

Mouth piece is compulsory!(Only white or transparent)

Katılımcılar WTF onaylı dobok giymek zorundadır. Daedoo elektronik system kullanılacak Organizasyon komitesi tarafından vücut koruyucular sağlanacaktır. Tüm sporcular Daedoo elektronik çoraplarını kendileri getirmek zorundadır. Tüm koruyucular sporcuların kendi sorumluluğundadır. Sporcuların kaskları mavi veya kırmızı olmak zorundadır.

Changes of weight divisions after the deadline are allowed - Cost: 25€.

Tüm kayıtlar  http://www.tpss.eu sitesinden yapılacaktır.

Kilo değişikliklerinde 25 Euro ceza alınacaktır.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: AT LATEST 1st FEBRUARY, 2015 Entries after deadline will not be accepted Entries will stop when we reach 1500 players.

Katılımcılar için 01 ŞUBAT  başvuru tarihi sondur. 1500 sporcu kayıttan sonra kayıtlar durdurulacaktır.

 

IMPORTANT: If the athelete registered on-line         does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline(November 10th , 2014) his/her team officially must fully(%100) pay his/her entry fee for participation.

9.        Referees: Only International Referees will be accepted. An official invitation for the referees will sent to all Federations.

Referee meeting at  19:00, Monday 09th FEBRUARY at Maritim Resort Hotel, the Official hotel for the Referees.

Sadece Uluslararası hakemler kabul edilecektir. Hakemlerin Resmi davetiyeleri federasyonlarına gönderilecektir

Ayrıca Hakem toplantısı 09 ŞUBAT 2015 saat 19:00 da Maritim Resort Hotelde yapılacaktır.

10.     Time Table

Tüm tartılar sporcuların kategorilerine göre yarışma gününden 1 gün önce yapılacaktır.

11.     Entry Fee: € 80.00(Euro) for each Contestant

The Entry Fees must be paid in EURO’S and please have in mind that it is your responsibility to arrange any additional payment on currency or bank charges. If there are any additional charges on the account  of the European Taekwondo Union then it should be paid by cash during the registration.  All payments must be done by the team  (individual payments are not allowed). Katılım ücreti her bir sporcu için 80 Euro dur. Katılım ücreti Avrupa Taekwondo Birliğinin yukarıdaki hesabına yatırılıp; dekontunun Avrupa Taekwondo Birliğinin maili olan etuoffice@mail.gr adresine gönderilmelidir. Açıklamaya Avrupa Kulüp Şampiyonası ve Kulüp ismi yazılacaktır.

Ayrıca kayıt anında peşin olarak katılım ücreti yatırılabilir.

Note:

·         Applications and payments shall be sent at the same time.  Receipt of entry fees, hotel accommodations and applications shall be sent by e-mail.

·         Banka dekontları aynı zamanda mail yolu ile gönderilmelidir.

·         Payment must be done per team or club

·         DAEDO Electronic Body Protectors and sensoring head gears will be provided by the OC, for all the competitors.

·         DAEDO ELEKTRONİK VÜCUT KORUYUCU VE ELEKTRONİK KASK  FEDERASYON TARAFINDAN SAĞLANACAKTIR

·         Only WTF approved equipment will be allowed to use in this tournament (even dobok etc.)

·         SADECE WTF NİN KABUL ETTİĞİ MARKALAR KULLANILACAKTIR.

·         groin/forearm/shi guards and gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants.

·         Dişlik zorunludur.(beyaz veya şeffaf)

·         All the players must bring their own full equipment except body protector.

·         Tüm sporcular kendi özel eşyalarını getirmek zorundadır.

·         Only competitors and coaches have admittance to the field of play.

·         Yarışma esnasında sadece sporcu ve antrenör bulunabilir.

·         Coaching is only allowed in sportswear.

·         Antrenörler sadece spor kıyafeti ile müsabakaya çıkabilir.

·         All coaches must be 18 years or older.

·         Tüm antrenörler 18 yaş veya üzeri olmak zorundadır.

·         All coaches must have ETU Coach Licence.(Who ever has no ETU coach licence they have to pay 200,00 € for registration.)

·         Tüm antrenörler ETU antrenör lisansına sahip olmalıdır.( ETU antrenör lisansı olmayanlar kayıtta 200,00 Euro ödemek zorundadır.)

·         First Aid will be provided by the organization and is only to be used in case of an Emergency

Organizasyon sadece İlk yardım acil durum konularında sorumludur. Diğer konularda oluşabilecek masraflar katılımcılar tarafından karşılanmak zorundadır.

12.     Insurance:

The organisation and supervisor assume no responsibility for teams, any damages, violence, loses and injures during the stay in Turkey.

Organizasyon Komitesi katılımcıların oluşabilecek sakatlık, kayıplar, kazalar v.b durumlarda sorumluluk Kabul etmez tüm sorumluluk katılımcılara aittir. Türkiye de kalınılan süre içinde

All contestants must bring their own documents and forms for any medical treatment in Turkey. If not, this will have to be paid cash.

13.     CLASSIFICATION OF RESULTS

           i.             Individual Awards

Medals will be awarded to the top four athletes in the respective classifications and weight divisions of the pertinent championships:

1st PLACE:

GOLD MEDAL & CERTIFICATE

2nd PLACE:

SILVER MEDAL & CERTIFICATE

3rd PLACE:

BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE

3rd PLACE:

BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE

 

14.     HEAD OF TEAM MEETING & DRAWING OF LOTS SESSION

         i.            The head of team meeting and the drawing of lots session shall be conducted on Monday 09/02/2015 , in the presence of OC the representatives of the participating Clubs- Teams.

        ii.            Kuralar 09 Şubat 2015  günü yapılacaktır. (toplantı tarihi değiştirileblir.)

      iii.             

15.     WEIGH-IN

           i.             Weigh-in of the contestants shall be completed one day before their scheduled competition day.

         ii.             During the weigh-in, male contestants shall wear underpants and female contestants shall wear underpants and brassieres. However, contestants may weigh-in in the nude if they want to do so.

        iii.             Tartılar müsabaka gününden 1 gün önce yapılacaktır.

        iv.             Tartılar erkek sporcuların iç çamaşırı , bayan sporcular iç çamaşırı sporcu isterse çıplak olarak da tartılabilir.

16.     INDEMNITIES

         i.            The respective club  shall be responsible for ensuring that their participants have validly completed and signed the official participation forms, thus indemnifying the organizers, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatalities or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this tournament or any activities thereto.

        ii.            The respective club shall be responsible for ensuring that all officials and participants are covered with effective insurance coverage.

      iii.            Participants without proper participation entry forms and effective insurance coverage will not be allowed to compete at the championships.

       iv.            The Organizing Committee will acquire general insurance, at its own expenses, for all participants of the tournament, including but not limited to contestants and staffs, in the event of any injury and/or damages that may arise during the course of the championships.
